RossiLabs vertical AI research — now live

The RossiLabs research library opens with vertical adoption analysis, implementation methodology, and the Vertical AI Adoption Index — written for operators, not analysts.

On 8 January 2026, The Rossi Company put the RossiLabs research library on the public record: vertical AI adoption analysis, implementation methodology, and the Vertical AI Adoption Index — published for operators, not analysts. That launch is the opening move of the research desk that later editions, playbooks, and methodology papers still sit on.

Operators did not need another feed of model announcements. They needed a place that answered narrower questions: where does my industry stand, which workflows move first, and how do we implement without a ninety-day fog. RossiLabs research was built to answer those questions in language a founder, GM, or practice lead can use the same week.

What went live

Three surfaces defined the library at launch.

Vertical AI adoption analysis — industry-by-industry reading so operators can see distance between frontier and floor. The Index that followed tracks twelve industries; the Q1 2026 published rates put E-Commerce at 44%, Real Estate at 31%, Finance & Accounting at 26%, Law Firms at 22%, Healthcare at 18%, Restaurants at 11%, and Construction at 8%. Remaining verticals ship with playbooks and quarterly updates.

Implementation methodology — the discipline behind scoped builds, later documented publicly as the 30-Day ROI Framework: scope and baseline, implement the smallest stack that moves the numbers, measure and hand off runbooks operators own.

The Vertical AI Adoption Index — the recurring board that turns adoption talk into a dated reading instead of a permanent marketing claim.

Together those pieces are the research → playbook → build path the company still describes: RossiLabs publishes the intelligence; the parent site surfaces Index and releases; implementation under Labs turns methodology into systems when research alone is not enough.

Why “for operators, not analysts”

Analyst theater optimizes for charts that impress a board. Operator research optimizes for the next workflow to change. That is why playbooks carry stack notes, a 30-day roadmap, an ROI worksheet, and pitfalls — and why the newsroom treats research releases as articles, not ship pings.

This January piece is historical in date and current in purpose. The library has grown since — vertical releases for construction, nonprofit, retail, government, automotive, and the Index editions — but the launch claim remains accurate: RossiLabs research is live and operator-facing.

Stack placement today

RossiLabs remains the technical company and research home (labs.rossinetwork.com). VisualsByRossi is the media company for design, film, and campaigns. RossiOne is the combined membership when both are required. RossiDigital as a public creative company was retired on 24 September 2026. Implementation work that older copy sometimes labeled under a consulting brand name lives under RossiLabs.
